Home Maintenance:
At Santa Fe Home Watch Services our level of involvement is determined by the homeowner. Most clients prefer to have their home monitored on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We will gladly custom tailor our services to meet your specific requirements.

Interior Service Inspection:

Visually inspect for signs of forced entry, theft and
vandalism

Look for signs of pest and rodents

Inspect/run appliances

Check for signs of water damage

Make sure all doors and windows properly secured

Check circuit breaker box for signs of surge.
Reset clocks

Send inspection reports and digital photographs when
appropriate via E-mail to homeowner

Exterior Service Inspection:

Visually inspect exterior of home and grounds

Note signs of erosion and drainage issues

Inspect for signs of pest and rodents

Look for signs of exterior wear and tear (stucco cracks, visible roof damage and paint problems)

Check mailbox

Remove unwanted papers and flyers

Landscape monitoring

Note potential security problems

Check exterior lighting

The goal of the interior and exterior inspections is to identify and report any problems to the absent homeowner before they become critical. We can organize and monitor any corrective action.

Inspection rates are based on frequency, square footage and distance traveled from our office which is located near downtown Santa Fe.
